Get free ArCa Transfer Card in Armenian drams, US dollars, euros or Russian rubles. Transfer Card will help you receive the money transferred to you without visiting us by just dialing a relevant phone number. We provide Transfer Card to the customers who regularly receive money from abroad through fast money transfer systems serviced by the bank.

With Transfer Card you can manage (withdraw cash from ATMs, POS-terminals, make non-cash payments) the funds sent to you by providing us with your details and transfer details over the phone.

Transfer Card is an ArCa local card, which can be used only for payment of funds received by fast money transfer systems.

Attention: If you have ordered a Transfer Card in Armenian drams, the received funds denominated in a currency other than Armenian drams will be credited into your card account and converted into Armenian drams (conversion of foreign currency is executed using the exchange rate set for non-cash purchase).

  • Procedure of Ordering and Receiving a Transfer Card
    • To receive a Transfer Card, you must apply to our Head Office or any branch.
    • To order a Transfer Card, you must fill out a relevant application form, submitting your passport and social card or a statement on its absence or an identification card only.
    • The ordered card will be available to you within 3 (Three) business days after submission of your application.
  • Procedure of Ordering and Receiving a Transfer Card
    • To credit the funds received by fast money transfer systems into your Transfer Card, you need to:
      • Dial 010 56 20 36, extension 7777 (attention: your call will be recorded),
      • Provide the data required by the bank and transfer code, in case of UNIStream system – the transfer amount and currency.
    • Afterwards, our employee will perform a caller identification, and the transferred amount will be credited into the Transfer Card of the caller.
  • WARNING
    • Ensure the confidentiality of your PIN-code (it should be kept secret and inaccessible to other people). You bear full responsibility for the transactions executed with your PIN-code.  We will not bear any responsibility for illegal and unauthorized use of your payment card as a result of access of third parties to your PIN-code.
    • In case your card is lost or stolen immediately contact us by the following phone numbers:  (+374 10) 56-20-36, (+374 10) 58-29-77 or Armenian Card Payment system by the number  (+374 10)  44-03-80 to provide the password indicated in your application for a payment card. The validity of your card will be suspended immediately after your call.
    • The delay in reporting us a lost or stolen card may result in  card transactions performed by third parties.
    • We will not be responsible for the damage caused to you during the period between losing the card and your informing us about it.
    • You will be responsible for all the card transactions executed until the time you inform us on the need to suspend the card because it is lost or stolen.
