Required qualifications:

  • university degree in economics or finance;

  • at least 2 years' professional experience as a business and consumption loan officer;
  • excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures;
  • good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel as well as AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
  • international qualifications are a strong plus;
  • outstanding customer communication and acquisition skills, as well as advanced skills of sales plan implementation;
  • negotiation and conflict management skills;
  • strong analytical mind;
  • excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.

Job responsibilities:  

  • customer acquisition and active sales;

  • consultation regarding the lending processes;

Required qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a QA Tester;
  • Experience in PM;
  • Command of Agile frameworks;
  • Good knowledge of test management software;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking.

Job responsibilities:  

  • Review and analyze system specifications;
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results;
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications;
  • Create logs for document testing phases and issues, report bugs and errors;
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout software development lifecycle.

4) Administrator of the Information Networks and Active Directory

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Higher degree in Computer Sciences or other technical fields;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience;
  • Strong knowledge of Linux in administration and security, administration experience in CentOS and Ubuntu Server;
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes (Deploying, troubleshooting and monitoring Kubernetes infrastructure);
  • Strong understanding of Docker;
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP;
  • Experience with networking technologies, which includes VLANs, VPNs, switch/ routers, and firewall configuration (CISCO).

Job responsibilities:  

  • Configure and maintain the network and security equipment;
  • Ensure continuous operation of information systems;
  • Provide the Bank staff with the access to the Bank's internal network and the use of information resources;
  • Implement server operating system updates and software updates;
  • Perform maintenance of the Bank's IT infrastructure and its components;
  • Periodically monitor the Bank network and server systems;
  • Be responsible for registration, classification, regular checking, testing and solution of accidents;
  • Research the IT services provided by the outside organizations and come up with suggestions;
  • Prepare reports about the results of the work done, if necessary.

Required qualifications:

  • negotiation and conflict management skills;

Job responsibilities:  

  • proceed customer applications submitted through online systems;
  • implement transactions by fast money transfer systems;
  • implement other online services provided by the Bank;
  • reply to messages sent by clients via online systems;
  • in case of any problems with the online systems contact the customer and quickly fix the issues;
  • in case of suspicious transactions or when the transaction should be rejected,         contact the customer and provide details about the rejection.

Required qualifications:

  • at least 2 years’ experience in security or similar field;
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • stress resistance, fast orientation;
  • good physical shape (certification in sport is a plus);
  • driver license;
  • excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English.

Job responsibilities:  

  • development and maintenance of problematic customers’ database;
  • negotiation with customers regarding loan obligations;
  • visits to problematic customers;
  • customer follow-up providing necessary information;
  • implementation of other activities regarding customer loan obligations.

Required qualifications:

  • bank’s litigation services, preparation of bank requests, claims and complaints, as well as preparation of responses, complaints and drafts of lawsuits against the Bank, judicial implementation;
  • summary and analysis of court proceedings results;
  • development of contracts and other legal documents of the bank;
  • fulfillment of other tasks of Legal division.

Required qualifications:

  • university degree in finance, business administration, economics or other relevant field;
  • at least 2 years of work experience in risk management or relevant field;
  • good knowledge of operational risk management methods and models;
  • knowledge of basic principles of bank accounting, legislation and standards;
  • excellent command of MS Office and AS-Bank software;
  • FRM or PRM certification is a strong plus;
  • knowledge of statistical analysis software (SPSS, STATA, etc.) or any programming language (C++, C#, Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus;
  • analytical thinking, ability to perform financial analysis;
  • outstanding teamwork skills;
  • excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English.

Job responsibilities:  

  • identification, assessment and management of operational risks;
  • monitoring and reporting of operational risks;
  • fraud prevention and detection;
  • accidents’ database maintenance, management and analysis;
  • assessment and management of business processes’ operational risks;

  • fulfillment of other tasks of Risk Management division.

EVOCALAB 5 is a special program for those, who want to become outstanding loan officers. The starting date is December 20th.
